Health and Wellness

The counselors at the Center help students in their adjustment to college life.  Some of the resources we provide are:

  • Wellness information and handouts to build your resilience and coping skills
  • Counseling for reducing stress in your life
  • Excellent online resources on many health and wellness topics
  • Speakers on understanding depression, anxiety and stress, and increasing your general wellness
  • A one credit Planning Your Life course offered each semester
