Returning Students After Two Years

  • Complete a Readmission form:  http://www.nwcc.commnet.edu/forms/readmissionsform.pdf

  • Complete the second page of the Readmission form if you are applying for the Fresh Start option.  Read Fresh Start Policy carefully before applying for the option.

  • Submit the Readmission form to the Admissions Office, Northwestern Connecticut Community College, Park Place East, Winsted, CT  06098 or fax to (860) 738-6437.
